Cpt. Clepto on a sailing trip in Kiel, during the “Kieler Woche“, a mass spectacle for sailors and all the other water rats. Every year, in the last week of June (20. - 28. june 2009), a lot of people will join this festival, along side with Cpt. Clepto.
